The trainer was Engineer Jamal Ahmed Raja

And Director General of Fisheries Studies and Research in the Investment Sector, Ministry of Fisheries
Specialized in the field of public administration and technical work through experience in government work and non-governmental organizations, holds a postgraduate qualification in Integrated Coastal Zone Management (ITCZM), and worked as a coordinator for many projects implemented by FAO.
He worked as a consultant for development projects for more than 20 years.
He worked as a consultant with the Global Environment Facility for two years.
He worked as a consultant for projects to develop and rehabilitate sustainable environmental practices.
He worked as an expert in developing the value and supply chain and integrating coastal women into businesses.
He worked as a trainer and prepared training material for many systems in the field of fisheries and others.
